Why shift?
We use AI tools every day, and we enjoy them. AI is a democratized technology. Everyone has it, so on its own it gives no one an edge. It accelerates whatever tendencies an organization already has. So know your competitive advantage first, and then amplify it through strategic AI adoption. Resist sprinkling AI over old structures in a rush just because AI vendors spread FOMO.
We are builders and leaders who aim for sustainable quality, real customer value, great employee engagement and high adaptability. On that path, we are making these shifts:

How we work
-
narrow specialistscomplete craftspeople
We grow from narrow, assembly-line specialists into end-to-end craftspeople, with AI filling the specialist gaps and helping us enter new domains.
-
counting outputowning outcomes
We stop counting output and own the complete value loop: we ensure real customer impact, experiment, and change course as the evidence comes in.
How we build
-
coding featuresdesigning agentic systems
We stop coding features one by one and design the agentic systems that build them: the specs, context, skills and workflows that let agents turn intent into working software, and that improve with every iteration. The Professional Agentic Product Engineering guide shows how, tier by tier.
-
approval gatesbuilt-in guardrails
We replace quality checks by gatekeepers (QA stages, review queues, change boards) with guardrails built into our agentic systems: tests, specs and automated checks that every change must pass, owned by us, the people who build the product.
How we collaborate
-
owning componentscocreating the whole
When each team owns a component, work breaks into dependencies, handoffs and integration meetings. Instead, we cocreate across the whole product with our agents and with each other, and move to where the most valuable work is as priorities change.
-
the telephone gamezero distance to users
We end the telephone game through manager-proxies and the era of “IT sitting in the basement”. We work at zero distance with customers and users, to empathize, analyze, and synthesize firsthand.
How far to shift?
These shifts are not a checklist. Not every organization needs all six, and not all to the same depth. Which ones matter, and how far and how fast you take each, depends on how boldly your organization wants to amplify its competitive advantage.
Revisit your choices as you learn. That is how you lead the agentic shift and make it happen on your terms, for the benefit of your business.
